Kent Pond has a very abundant largemouth bass population. It also has pumpkinseed sunfish, and you can catch trout there in the spring. Colton Pond offers largemouth bass, yellow perch, and early season brook trout fishing.
If you’re looking for a quick break, head to the Kent Pond Access Parking lot. There you can dine on a lovely out door picnic table, sit on a bench to take in the view or go for a very short walk to a beautiful waterfall. During the summer months, the cool breeze from the waterfall should not be missed.
